Lady Lions Drop Back to Back Games

The Liberty Christian Lady Lions traveled to Lapel high school in their “Volley for the Cure” night on Tuesday. Lions played a non conference match up. Lady Lions fall in three sets 25-11, 25-21, and 25-22. This was the Lions third game four nights. So the Lions have had no time off to rest. Although the Lady’s lost in three sets, their smallest differences in points was three.

Lions competed on the evening of Lapel Bulldogs Volley for the Cure, supporting breast cancer. During the game Lapel had raffle prizes and other events trying to raise money. Lapel also had pink decor and pink jerseys to help support the cause.

The Lady’s will have a whole week off to rest up for their match against Frankton high School. Already playing them in the beginning of the year in a scrimmage. The Lions look to get revenge on the Eagles next Tuesday, Oct 8th at the DEN at 7:30PM. This will be the final home game for the Lady Lions. So come out and support our Lady Lions volleyball.
