Lions Fall To Jay County 2-0

Lions traveled to Jay County for a match on senior night. They suited up Thursday evening at 5:30 and played the Patriots. Lions battled hard but could not pull through with a win.

Lions shot 18 times at the goal but could not get past the goal keeper. Tyler Houk had 13 saves and a PK save. They tried hard to get the ball past the keeper but just could not place it. Joshua Cabello, Nick Cho, and Landan McCord all tied with three attempts at a goal, however Patriots goal keeper seemed to simply be too good.

Lions next game is Wednesday October 9 at Sheridan High School in Sheridan, IN. Lions start will be announced at a later date. They will play the winner of the match the evening before which will either be APA or Tri Central. Wish your Lions the best of luck as they compete in their final stretch of the season. Come out and support them. Go Lions!
