Lions battled hard in their non conference game Tuesday night. Lions shot eight times against the Huskies. Huskies shot 13 times against the Lions with 11 saves from Sophomore Tyler Houk.

Lions have one game left before sectionals. They play Jay County on Thursday night away at Jay County. Lions know what it is they need to focus on specifically to have their best results come from the upcoming tournament.

Coach DJ Callahan says the Lions need to focus on their passing mainly. They must focus on passing accurately and confidently to receive their best results. Lions know they can do good and go far, now all they have to do is put their skills into play and do their best.

Lions finish off regular season this upcoming Thursday, 10/3, at Jay County High School in Portland. Lions will have a start time of 5:30. Go Lions!
